Unopened craft kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.
2. Opened Kits
Opened kits are non-returnable unless there are missing or defective components.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
